Wonder's Sourcing team is looking for a motivated and analytical Sourcing Analyst to join our food procurement group in New York. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and category management within a fast-paced consumer food platform.

You will assist in pricing, supplier negotiations, cost tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with NPD, Technical, and QA teams. The hybrid schedule supports in-office collaboration with flexible options.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Strong Excel skills with data modeling ability.
• Interest in pricing, supplier management, and commercial decision-making.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing models and cost trackers to monitor category performance.
• Analyze procurement and sales data to identify trends and margin opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and supplier reviews.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting by compiling data from internal systems and market sources.
• Track commodity and market trends to support planning and risk analysis.
• Assist in managing a small product category within the food portfolio.
• Liaise with suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and specifications.
• Support basic pricing negotiations under guidance to contribute to margin goals.
• Maintain supplier and product data in procurement systems.
