Vesta Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee banquets, restaurant, beverage and kitchen operations. You will drive top-line revenue while controlling costs, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

You will lead a team across all F&B outlets, develop budgets and forecasts, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with other departments on capital projects. Strong leadership, sales mindset and guest service excellence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Education/experience aligned with F&B management; sales exposure preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with hotel computer systems is strongly preferred.

• Maintain positive client and guest relations and respond to requests.
• Ensure financial performance of the department.

• Coordinate rehabilitation and capital improvement projects with other departments.
