Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of fleet management experience.
• Managed in-house maintenance for a fleet of 250+ vehicles for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of electronic fleet management systems, telematics and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Budget, plan, and coordinate Brookdale's Fleet Program activities.
• Develop and execute a life cycle strategy for vehicle replacements, equipment and graphics.
• Monitor fleet performance and provide data-driven recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety standards; oversee driver safety programs.
• Establish relationships with vendors and support procurement with contracts and warranties.
