Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Corporate Fleet Manager to lead a company‑wide fleet supporting resident lives across communities. The role focuses on acquisitions, budgeting, vendor partnerships and compliance to ensure reliable transportation for residents and activities.

The position requires broad fleet expertise, strong leadership, and experience managing large fleets with emphasis on safety, cost control, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of fleet management experience.
• Experience managing 250+ in-house fleet.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a company-wide fleet strategy, including budget and policies.
• Plans and coordinates vehicle acquisitions, leasing, delivery and disposal for communities.
• Monitors fleet performance metrics and recommends operational improvements.
• Maintains records and ensures regulatory compliance across fleet activities.
• Oversees driver safety programs and DOT-related training.
