Responsibilities include payroll support and HR assistance, delivering analyses and reports to aid decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field with 3 years related experience.
• Demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic financial analysis to support the program's operations and long-term goals.
• Administer accounting and management information functions for the Energy Program.
• Oversee service center rates to ensure financial sustainability (including community solar, rent, IT/communications).
• Manage budgeting for grants and contracts; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide financial analyses, reports, and payroll/HR support as needed.
