Job summary

The Oregon State Hospital, Salem Campus, seeks a skilled Fiscal Analyst to provide fiscal and policy analysis for hospital leadership. You will support contract review, position management, budget development, and reporting across ~3,000 positions.

This is a hybrid, permanent role with a strong emphasis on data-driven financial management. Applicants should have five years of budget/forecasting experience; Power BI and Excel expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Five years of budget analysis, forecasting, or fiscal system administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute up to three years of experience; graduate degree substitutes more.
• Experience with government budgeting and financial procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance, budgeting support, and fiscal analysis to leadership.
• Review contracts, manage position data, and prepare fiscal reports.
• Develop, monitor, and forecast the hospital budget and expenditures.
• Assist in system improvements and dashboarding for decision making.
