Qualifications

• Review and analyze budget data for accuracy and authenticity.
• Assist in developing DOH operating budget requirements and track monthly performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DOH funding execution and analyze labor/expenditure trends.
• Research financial databases to produce fund status reports.
• Collaborate on annual DOH budget and monthly tracking.
• Process A/E contractor payments and accruals with SAM validation.
• Conduct quarterly ULO reviews and coordinate labor/CADD balances.
• Manage external work requests and funding schedules.
• Prepare procurement requests and commitments per fiscal guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve fiscal discrepancies and mischarges.
• Guide on proper financial coding for automated project systems.
