ModernFi is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer in New York to enhance the onboarding of financial institutions to their platform. This role involves leading technical onboarding, managing infrastructure, and collaborating with bank IT teams for integrations. Successful candidates will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving customer experiences. The opportunity includes a salary range from $120K to $200K, along with unlimited PTO and equity options.

Qualifications

• Excited about improving customer experience through software, process, and grit.
• Can spin up an SFTP server or tweak a Python script.
• Can translate client needs to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding of new institutions to the ModernFi platform.
• Manage infrastructure setup for clients.
• Collaborate with bank IT teams for configuration.
