Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC in the United States seeks a senior-level Financial Systems Analyst to support the FM Business Solutions Office. You will translate operational needs into technical specs, develop schedules, create documentation, and assist with testing and audits across NGA core financial systems.

Requires 12+ years in federal financial processes, 2+ years Momentum experience, VBA/SQL scripting, and PMP-level program management; TS/SCI CI poly eligibility is required or achievable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics.
• Active TS/SCI CI poly or ability to obtain a CI poly.
• 8+ years of specialized federal financial management experience including Momentum and 1099 processes.
• 2+ years hands-on with Momentum-based financial systems development/upgrades.
• 2+ years experience with audit findings remediation and Corrective Action Plans (FI SCAM).
• 2+ years demonstrated experience with VBA and SQL scripting for testing/execution.
• 5+ years program management experience with PMP in federal contracting.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and supporting system and program schedules
• Developing business cases and deriving system enhancements
• Developing and maintaining system documentation and training materials
• Participating in joint meetings related to operations and maintenance of NGA's core financial systems
• Developing IV&V testing processes to validate financial results
• Coordinating system engineering/technical exchanges for architecture, design, and policy issues
• Coordinating milestones: requirement/design/program management reviews
• Defining and developing technical requirements for development/testing
