Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. seeks a Financial Systems Analyst / Systems Accountant (Mid- Financial Management) to support the FM Business Solutions Office in planning and implementing improved financial data processing and reporting across the enterprise.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, and extensive experience in federal financial management, including Momentum Financials and system enhancements in a federal setting.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science or Economics.
• 8 years of total experience in federal financial business processes and implementing system solutions.
• 6 years specialized experience in Momentum Financials and related lifecycle activities.
• 2 years experience with Momentum software lifecycle management activities.
• 1 year experience resolving FISCAM audit findings (NFR).
• 1 year experience performing SAR reviews on SSAE 18.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ).
• Assists the government with financial management operations.
• Develops and validates financial requirements and specifications for system enhancements.
• Develops, maintains, and supports program schedules and reference architectures.
• Coordinates security certification and accreditation activities and documentation.
• Implements financial systems in a federal environment and supports interoperability.
