Bank of America in Pittsburgh seeks a licensed financial advisor to help clients meet their financial goals through tailored planning and brokerage products. You will triage leads, refer to partners, and build plans leveraging stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and banking services.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, client relationship growth, and collaboration with internal teams. Requires active Series 7/66 or equivalent and 1+ year in investments or financial services.

Qualificações

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
• Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

• Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients

• Thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays

Responsabilidades

• Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
• Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended
