Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to deliver comprehensive advice and customized solutions helping clients reach financial goals. The role includes triaging leads, referring to partners, and meeting with clients to review goals and build financial plans with brokerage products.

Requirements include Series 7 & 66 (or equivalents) licenses, 1+ year in investments and financial services, and strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; if you have 63 or 65, an offer may be extended if you pass the missing series within 60 days.
• At least 1 year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals and to build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, time management and regulatory due diligence.

Responsabilités

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals using a financial plan and brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigates and manages risk in daily activities.
• Identifies new clients through referrals or existing clients.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
