Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions helping clients reach their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, meet with clients to review goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products.

The role requires completing required licenses and trainings; SAFE Act registration is mandatory for residential mortgage originations, with background checks and registration processes.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; or 63/65 with condition to pass missing series within 60 days.
• At least 1 year in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage goals and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of regulatory due diligence in client activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
