Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a client-focused financial professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients reach financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners by asset thresholds, meet with clients to review goals, build plans, and recommend brokerage products.

Licensing and ongoing training are required. The role may involve residential mortgage-related duties with SAFE Act registration, and some in-office attendance with role-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and 66 licenses; 63 or 65 acceptable with condition to pass missing series within 60 days.
• At least 1 year of experience in investments, with knowledge of products and services.
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met/exceeded.
• Sets and achieves goals; builds and nurtures client relationships.
• Strong time management and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Triages client needs and builds plans using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, funds, annuities, banking).
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages requests and refers to internal service providers by asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching to referral partners on client needs and product services.
