Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Financial Services Event Specialist who will own end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of events across client‑facing and internal programs. You will manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and on‑site to deliver professional, compliant attendee experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in event management with large-scale events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, hospitality, event management, marketing, financial services, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events across local markets and national initiatives.
• Own event timelines, budgets, agendas, and stakeholder follow-up from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate with marketing, regional leadership, and vendors to ensure compliant, high-quality events.
• Manage on-site, virtual, and hybrid events with attention to attendee experience.
