Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance or related field.

• Experience interpreting financial information, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customers experiencing financial distress through customized restructuring and relief programs.
• Evaluate customer circumstances and identify contract modification solutions.
• Assist customers with payment and non-payment relief alternatives.
• Promote customer retention through proactive financial problem solving.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Customer Service, Legal, Operations, and Sales teams on restructurings.
