You will coordinate funding activities, ensure compliance, and analyze data using Salesforce, Oracle, CapitalStream, and other enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment. Emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking operations, equipment finance, or related environments.
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, CapitalStream or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Transaction Processing: Prepare, review, validate, and fund financial transactions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Review documents and ensure legal enforceability of transactions.
• Funding Operations: Coordinate funding workflow with internal and external partners.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze transaction and funding reports.
• Stakeholder Support: Build relationships and provide status updates to dealers, vendors, and partners.
