You will evaluate circumstances, propose contract modifications, and assist with payment relief options while promoting customer retention and ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience interpreting financial information, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

• Serve as trusted financial solutions partner for customers in distress, coordinating with credit, legal, collections, and operations teams.
• Evaluate customer circumstances and identify contract modification solutions.
• Assist customers with payment and non-payment relief alternatives.

• Execute quoting and credit restructuring activities.
• Gather and analyze financial and transaction-related information.
• Escalate high-risk situations when appropriate.
• Coordinate activities across internal departments to achieve timely resolutions.
• Negotiate acceptable restructuring solutions with customers and business partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
