Caterpillar Inc. seeks a finance professional to support FP&A reporting and month-end processes from our Nashville office. You will provide analysis, KPI reporting, and liaison with Treasury and HR to ensure accurate financial insights.

The role emphasizes technical accuracy, data integrity, and continuous improvement using PowerBI, Copilot, and Oracle EPM. Onsite work five days per week with relocation available.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Experience supporting FP&A processes and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take lead in the month end accountable reporting process.
• Provide technical expertise and support business processes with analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement for monthly reporting with data tools.
• Work with large data sets to provide analysis and management reporting.
• Assist in allocating methodology used in month end reporting.
• Support process efficiency using Copilot and AI resources.
• Survey operations to identify accounting needs and propose solutions.
