Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Senior Manager – Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to own all technical accounting matters, accounting policy development, and the preparation of quarterly US GAAP financial statements. The role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and interacts with the global CFO and business-unit finance leaders.

You will lead the quarterly reporting to lenders, coordinate the annual tax provision with third-party providers, and supervise tax compliance.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required and active license.
• 5–8 years of public accounting or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax accounting.
• Experience with audits and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own technical accounting matters and accounting policy development.
• Lead quarterly financial reporting to lenders and annual US GAAP statements.
• Coordinate annual tax provision with third-party providers and support tax compliance.
• Oversee policy updates, controls, and cross-functional work with FP&A and Treasury.
