Job summary

The Reporting Manager at BMA Group Global supports the Budget Management Director by preparing comprehensive financial reports, monitoring reporting requirements, and identifying key findings and risks.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of weekly and monthly reports, ensure compliance with fiscal guidelines, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least one year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing financial projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports with findings, trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Establish and monitor budget reporting requirements, timelines, and cadence.
• Monitor compliance with fiscal requirements, approved budgets, policies, and financial guidelines.
• Review and analyze financial reporting including budget-to-actual results, cash flows, payroll, and disaster-related expenses.
• Design and develop comprehensive financial and management reports for stakeholders.
• Lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders to review financial data and compliance concerns.
• Oversee team deliverables to ensure accuracy, relevance, quality, and timeliness.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
