Job summary

The Senior Budget Management Associate at BMA Group Global supports budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, accounting, or related role.
• Master’s degree or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Support budget planning, preparation, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Collect, review, and consolidate financial data and departmental budgets.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance, trends, variances, risks, and forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis to identify discrepancies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improved efficiency.
• Develop and maintain budgeting models, templates, financial tools, and supporting documentation.
• Review budget modifications and assist in resolving budget-related issues.
• Support compliance with financial policies, budgetary requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with long-term financial planning and other budget-related projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on budgeting and financial matters.
