Job summary

LCS Living Centers seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to own monthly CAM reporting, regulatory submissions, and covenant calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will collaborate with BI and data owners to validate data and support board/owner packets.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting, 4–6 years of experience in accounting/finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. Join a team focused on precision and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent years of experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting, reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently apply professional judgment within owned reporting and compliance deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned monthly CAM reporting deliverables, including data validation and variance investigation.
• Prepare board/owner packet schedules with documentation and controls.
• Submit regulatory and industry reports meeting deadlines and formats.
• Prepare debt covenant calculations and lender reporting packages with audit trail.
• Perform data governance checks and coordinate data issue resolutions with BI/IT.
