Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to oversee the preparation, analysis, and reporting of consolidated financial results in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. You will partner with local management, Nestlé Group, and external reporting stakeholders.

You'll drive process improvements, support policy adherence, and collaborate across functions to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and footnotes. The role emphasizes continuous excellence in reporting controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• External audit or reporting experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years in Accounting/Audit/Finance.
• Solid IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report consolidated financial results monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews with management.
• Lead projects on financial reporting initiatives such as working capital analysis.
• Provide financial reporting support and guidance to stakeholders.
• Gather, interpret, and present financial data clearly.
• Assist in preparation of reports and footnotes for external filings.
• Participate in continuous improvement using Nestlé methodology.
