Nestlé USA is seeking a Cost Accounting Analyst to partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams, providing accurate costing, financial analysis, inventory control support, and NAS compliance oversight.

The role focuses on maintaining product costs, analyzing manufacturing performance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities to drive operational efficiency and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting, finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; strong analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product costing in accordance with NAS and costing standards.
• Support period-end close and report factory financial results.
• Manage BOMs and validate cost data; identify discrepancies.
• Ensure NAS compliance and support audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Factory Leadership to support business objectives.
