Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis Associate to join the Management, Statutory Audited & Regulatory Reporting team in Boston, MA or Springfield, MA. The role supports statutory, regulatory, and management reporting in a fast-paced environment within the Controller’s organization.

You will prepare regulatory exhibits, monitor controls, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 3 years of experience with audited statements, including disclosures OR regulatory reports.
• 1 year experience with general ledger reporting cubes and data gathering from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver regulatory, audited and management reports.
• Analyze financial results using key reporting systems and collaborate with CFO organizations.
• Monitor controls and ensure timely quarterly close and notations on discrepancies.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvements in reporting processes.
• Supervise offshore team members for data quality checks and timely work output.
