Competenze

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses; if you do not hold the 66 but have a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the investments industry with training and knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least 1 year experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and collaborate to get things done.
• Strong communication, time management, and regulatory due diligence in client strategies.

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triage client requests and refer to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or existing client base.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
