Job summary

Jered, a PAR Systems company, is seeking a Financial & Business Analyst to transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights and drive smarter decisions across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

You will build financial models, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement, tying results to strategic initiatives and profitability goals while ensuring data accuracy and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in financial analysis, business analysis, FP&A, operations analysis, or related analytical role.
• Experience developing financial models, quantitative analysis, and advanced Excel for modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise data to support business decisions.
• Understanding of cost structures, indirect rates, labor utilization, and profitability drivers in manufacturing, project-based, or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial and operational data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities
