Jered is seeking a Financial & Business Analyst to drive financial and operational insights across the organization. You will build financial models, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for improvement while partnering with leaders in Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Your work turns complex ERP and financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial/operational analysis or FP&A roles.
• Demonstrated experience building financial models and using advanced Excel for modeling and analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise data support for decisions.
• Understanding of cost structures, labor utilization, and profitability drivers in manufacturing/project-based environments.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and business modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Develop financial reports and insights, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across teams.
