Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in financial management in telecom/tech preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and reporting.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience with cash flow, working capital, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze KPIs and provide reports to senior management.
• Identify cost optimization and profitability opportunities.
• Prepare accurate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings with external advisors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk exposure.
• Implement robust financial controls and processes.
