Heritage Holding seeks a Financial Controller to lead consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities, and to manage post-acquisition integrations and budgeting across platforms like the Heritage Fencing and 1bios teams.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant hands-on financial experience with acquisitions and multi-entity structures.
• Experience in a fast-paced business consolidation or roll-up.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Sage, NetSuite, and others).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated financial statements for multiple entities on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Oversee post-acquisition financial integrations, ERP migrations, and consolidation of financials.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, variance, trend, and cost analyses.
• Drive weekly KPI reporting to operational leaders and Heritage team.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting; coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee budgeting and variance reporting; ensure regulatory compliance and tax filings.
• Oversee ERP data input, reporting, invoicing, and audit preparation; optimize ERP use.
• Lead process improvements in finance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Serve as lender contact for reporting and covenant compliance; coordinate due diligence for acquisitions.
• Oversee payroll and regional bookkeeping oversight; support integration across entities.
• Participate in M&A activities, valuations, and balance sheet assessments; support integration initiatives.
