Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Master's degree in accounting or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and supervise staff.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements for management.
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Develop financial reports for executives and leadership.
• Drive improvements to financial processes and controls.
