Job summary

GEA Systems North America, LLC is seeking a Financial Controller in York, PA to lead the finance reporting function and guide cross-functional teams toward aligned financial and operational goals.

You will oversee budgets, forecasts, labor rate analyses, and financial models, serving as a liaison to senior leaders and business partners to interpret results and drive actionable insights. Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (foreign equivalent acceptable).
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis principles.
• Proficiency with ERP/financial systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance reporting function and oversee budgeting, forecasts, labor rates, and financial models.
• Act as a financial liaison to senior leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of financial and operational goals.
• Monitor KPI metrics (revenue, COGS, gross profit, overhead) and ensure accurate accounting governance with the NA accounting team.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization of repetitive tasks across finance and operations.
