Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (foreign equivalent acceptable).
24 months of experience in finance planning & analysis.
Experience with GAAP and financial analysis principles.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/Financial Systems and Applications; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead finance reporting function and oversee budgets, forecasts, labor rates, and financial models.
Provide financial leadership for after-sales service team and support functions.
Advise project management on forecasting, planning, and financial risk assessment.
Drive process improvements including automation and standardization of tasks.
Translate financial information into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
