Qualifications

Bachelor in Accounting or Finance required.
7+ years of relevant experience in financial leadership.
Active CPA or pursuing CPA preferred.
Proficiency with Excel, MS Office and ERP/accounting systems.
Strong analytical and storytelling abilities.
Experience leading teams through complex financial scenarios.

Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to guide strategic decisions.
Manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Provide accurate financial insights through data analysis for clients.
Oversee risk management to optimize financial performance.
Direct teams on complex financial projects and maintain poise under pressure.
Craft and convey clear, holistic financial narratives for stakeholders.
Apply systems thinking to identify financial problems and opportunities.
Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to improve service.
Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams.
Reinforce professional and technical standards within the firm.
