Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a financial center, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance while fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, driving new business, coordinating CRA activities, and deepening client relationships through cross‑selling across lines of business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or the equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years banking experience with three years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent knowledge of bank and branch operations, customer service and sales.
  • Strong financial acumen including Business Banking and Credit Solutions.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, including effective time management.
  • Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiating, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of a financial center to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Recruit, retain and train all team members and develop the Assistant Financial Center Manager.
  • Lead CRA and Community Engagement activities within core market and drive new business.
  • Identify client needs and refer them to appropriate lines of business; deepen relationships.
  • Coordinate operations, automate processes, and ensure transaction integrity across the center.
  • Lead community outreach events to grow bank presence and opportunities.
