ProCleared LLC seeks a strategic financial analyst to provide advanced, data-driven analytics to guide senior leadership on portfolio investments and resource allocation. The role requires mastery of federal financial policies and the ability to translate complex data into compelling business cases for agency leadership.

Candidates should have DoD/IC budgeting experience, expert Excel skills (macros, pivots), strong relational databases, and experience with PPBE processes.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience as Financial Management Budget Analyst within the DoD/IC.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (macros, complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong relational databases and Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, maintain, and analyze program and budget data for NGA leadership.
• Develop and publish budget exhibits (IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB) and related materials.
• Prepare Congressional testimony and briefing materials.
• Create NGA briefing materials for ODNI, OSD, and OMB inquiries.
• Support program reviews and leadership meetings with ODNI, OSD, and OMB staff.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and white papers on financial management topics.
