Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Demonstrated DoW/IC PPBE experience.
• Expert-level Excel with macros and pivot tables.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Python, R).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, data-driven analytics to guide leadership on portfolio investments.
• Support NGA program build activities, analysis, events, and documentation packages.
• Develop and publish budget exhibits and President’s Budget materials.
• Prepare congressional testimony materials and responses for the record.
• Create briefing materials for ODNI/OSD/OMB and leadership meetings.
