Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in a financial/analytical, operations role, or vendor management.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vendor communication: serve as primary financial contact for vendors.
• Invoice validation: verify invoices against contracts using SQL.
• Discrepancy resolution: identify and resolve invoicing issues promptly.
• Data analysis & automation: create SQL queries and advanced Excel solutions.
• Month-end close: reconcile vendor accounts and prepare reports.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with teams and use Google Suite.
