Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in a financial, analytical, operations, or vendor management role.

Responsibilities

• Vendor invoices reviewed against contracts to ensure compliance.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies promptly with documentation.
• Develop SQL queries and advanced Excel analyses for financial data.
• Support month-end close with reconciliation and reporting.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and support financial decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally using Google Suite for vendor operations.
