Responsibilities

• Vendor communication and relations: serve as the primary financial contact for vendors.
• Invoice validation and compliance: verify invoices against contracts using SQL.
• Identify and resolve invoicing discrepancies (overbilling, duplicates) and document issues for improvement.
• Data analysis and automation: develop SQL queries and advanced Excel workflows for finance processes.
• Month-end close and reporting: reconcile vendor accounts and prepare reports; provide ad-hoc insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration: communicate complex information and use Google Suite with teams.
