Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vendor Communication & Relations: primary financial contact for vendors, streamline processes and resolve invoicing issues.
• Invoice Validation & Compliance: validate vendor invoices against contracts using SQL queries, ensure compliance with rates and contracts.
• Discrepancy Identification & Resolution: identify and resolve invoicing discrepancies (overbilling, duplicates) promptly.
• Data Analysis & Automation: develop/use SQL queries and advanced Excel for financial data analysis, validation, automation, problem-solving.
• Month-End Close & Reporting: assist month-end close by reconciling vendor accounts, preparing reports, and delivering ad-hoc insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: communicate complex information, use Google Suite, and collaborate with teams for smooth vendor operations.
