The successful candidate will lead clinical studies, provide scientific insights, and work with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and Safety teams to shape product opportunities and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent life sciences/technical engineering discipline.
• MD, PharmD or PhD in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent life sciences discipline is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience in product development within the Cardiovascular industry.
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Affairs experience in a regulated medical device business.
• Previous clinical experience in the electrophysiology space is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
• Proven track record of medical data generation, interpretation and publications.

Responsibilities

• Influence regulatory and commercial strategy across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Market Access and Education.
• Lead clinical studies for regulatory purposes and physician-initiated studies; oversee data analysis and reporting.
• Support the commercial launch of the platform by training sites and collecting feedback on product performance.
• Develop and execute evidence generation strategies for company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure medical insights guide product development and lifecycle management.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and professional societies to understand trends and unmet needs.
