Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field requiring application of analytical techniques.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and procedures.
• Ability to analyze, research, prepare, and communicate financial information.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of budgeting, finance, accounting, or similar experience.
• Prepare accurate and timely budgets and projections.
• Perform financial analysis, guidance, and reporting (O&M, capital, revenue, affiliate billings).
• Develop annual 5-year budget with stakeholders and support business partners.
• Prepare analyses and reports for internal management and affiliates.
• Perform variance analysis for monthly, year-to-date, and annual reporting.
• Maintain lease information, including payments and revenues.
