Job summary

Irvine Company Office Properties is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic analytics. You will partner with asset management, leasing, operations, accounting, and corporate planning to deliver insights that drive business performance.

Responsibilities include multi-year planning, monthly/quarterly reporting, and scenario analysis, with emphasis on Excel, ARGUS, and Tableau models; you will contribute to process improvements and data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate analytics.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and ability to build financial/operational models.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of the five-year plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Produce month-end financial and lease reporting, variance analysis, and executive summaries.
• Deliver analytics on cash flow, operating performance, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models using Excel, ARGUS, and Tableau.
• Assist process improvements, data management, and BI platform development.
