Job summary

SHI International Corporation is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to strengthen the financial foundation of the Marketing organization. You will own budget tracking, reconciliation, and spend visibility across campaigns and cross-functional investments, partnering with Finance, Operations, and PMO to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing/financial operations, advanced Excel, and the ability to translate data into executive-level insights and actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or project management with emphasis on budget administration and financial reconciliation.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models, ROI analyses, and spend-tracking methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end budget lifecycle across MDF, internal campaigns, and cross-pillar initiatives.
• Reconcile actual spend against forecasts to ensure accuracy and fiscal discipline.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into budget health and allocation.
• Provide ROI analyses, forecasting models, and financial analyses to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses to support business reviews.
