Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
• Strong ability to communicate analysis and recommendations to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales/Marketing to drive pricing, programming, promotions, and new product investment decisions.
• Drive monthly close with accruals, variance checks, and financial reporting, spotting drivers and trends.
• Deliver monthly P&L analysis and exec-ready presentations on margin, pricing, and KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights to assess risks and opportunities and propose solutions.
