Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Financial Analyst to analyze KPIs and support the creation of annual finance plans, divisional budgets and process improvements. You will collect, analyze and interpret data to quantify financial opportunity and risk, communicating the best business decisions.

You will perform root cause analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, partnering with divisional leadership to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Aid operations by analyzing KPIs to uncover opportunities and support annual finance plans, divisional budgets, and process improvements.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk to inform optimal business decisions.
• Perform root cause analysis and ad hoc financial analysis, partnering with divisional leadership to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements.
• Support the sales function by developing short-term and long-term volume forecasting models and assess credit risk for major customers with accounting insights.
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
