Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Financial Analyst to support operations by analyzing KPIs, contributing to annual finance plans, divisional budgets, and process improvements. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data, quantify financial opportunity and risk, and communicate optimal business decisions.

You will perform root cause analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, partnering with divisional leadership to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities and support annual finance plans, divisional budgets, and process improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to quantify financial opportunity and risk for decision making.
• Perform root cause analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, partnering with divisional leadership to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements.
• Assist the sales function with short- and long-term volume forecasting and assess credit risk for major customers using accounting insights.
• Other duties as assigned
