Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support the Electromagnetic Warfare business line with program and IRAD financial management, P&L forecasting, and variance analysis.

You will partner with program management and leadership to explain financial performance and drive month-end close activities, while building dashboards and reports across FP&A and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Working knowledge of BAC, EAC, and ETC management.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling monthly forecasts, working closely with key engineering stakeholders (Product, Program, and Engineering Leads).
• Work with PMs to develop and maintain EAC forecasts and ETC integrity.
• Analyze and monitor contract profit margins.
• Support P&L forecasting by contract and business line.
• Own IRAD financial management, including budget tracking and reporting on internally funded development programs.
• Deliver monthly internal management reporting through presentations and written communications.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis.
• Support month-end close activities in partnership with accounting and other functional teams.
• Build reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and BI tools.
• Support pricing and proposal activities.
• Assist in long range planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures.
• Ad hoc support and special projects.
